Interested in joining the program?

Participation is open to individuals of any gender between the ages of 17-25 who struggle with feelings of not living up to personal standards, with self-criticism, and with body image or eating concerns.

The program is called Focused Minds and is aimed at setting realistic, achievable goals, whilst creating a mindset which focuses on success rather than self-criticism.

The programs involves 8 sessions of online, self-guided activities based around thoughts, emotions, and behaviours associated with goal attainment and having high standards.

These sessions are designed to take roughly 20 minutes to complete, though there is no time limit.

As part of your participation, you will be asked to fill out surveys relating to your psychological well-being at various times throughout the program. You will also be asked to provide feedback on the sessions. These surveys take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This information will be stored and analysed by Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia.
