Interested in joining the program?


Participation is only open to individuals aged 18 or older who are on the waitlist to receive eating disorder treatment at Advanced Psychology Services, Adelaide. If you are not currently eligible for this program, please refer to the information at the bottom of this page. 

Enrolment in the program is only available for the next two weeks. After this time, the enrolment survey will no longer be accessible. 

The Focused Minds Program is aimed at setting realistic, achievable goals, whilst creating a mindset which focuses on success rather than self-criticism.

The programs involves eight sessions of online, self-guided activities based around thoughts, emotions, and behaviours associated with goal attainment and having high standards.

These sessions are designed to take roughly 20 minutes to complete, though there is no time limit.

As part of your participation, you will be asked to fill out surveys relating to your psychological well-being at various times throughout the program. You may also be asked to provide feedback on the sessions.


These surveys take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This information will be stored and analysed by Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia. You can contact the researchers by emailing with any questions.

Your choice to participate, or not participate, in this study will not impact the treatment you receive or your place on the waitlist at Advanced Psychology Services.

Ready to take the next step?
